Another example of being creative by imaginative use of paint, using a very simple subject, bottle and fruit! It’s not always about producing a photographic version of your subject!

Remember, as a member of Sefton Art Group you will be encouraged and supported to promote and sell your artwork.

We encourage members to promote, exhibit and sell their work. However, we have members who are quite happy to produce artwork just for themselves, family and friends. Others are happy to take on commissions, such as Kathryn Evens, who specialises in animal portraits.

As a group, we have at least two exhibitions a year, which are held at Lydiate Parish Hall, L31 4EQ. Also in Southport, usually at the Wayfarers’ Arcade, and the Atkinson Art Centre
